Why We Like Heritage Adventurer
-
REMOTE ITINERARIES
Heritage Adventurer is operated by the pioneers of expedition travel to the East Antarctic coastline, some of the most remote in the world and locked under ice for most of the year, and only visited by a few hundred people every year. Itineraries also include the impressive sub-Antarctic islands, where the number of indigenous plants and seabirds is far greater than that found on similar groups in the South Atlantic and Indian Oceans.
-
SPECIALISTS
Many of the expedition team's experts only work in the Ross Sea region so their knowledge and insight into the area is unparalleled.
-
HISTORIC VESSEL
Heritage Adventurer, having sailed under several other names, is a much beloved polar vessel with a rich history of exploration. She's been refurbished and is tastefully designed, with spacious indoor and outdoor areas.
