Why We Like Her

Large, stable, and fast – with a cruising speed of 15.5 knots you’ll complete sea crossings (like the infamous Drake Passage) in great time and get more time enjoying your destination. She’s also extremely stable and one of the largest expedition ships in the polar regions.

Every traveller gets an Expedition Jacket to keep. And from 2018, crew gratuities as well as house wines and non-premium beer will be included at dinner

Well-developed wellness program – the Ocean Diamond offers yoga classes, aromatherapy treatments, and massage therapy so you can pamper yourself while on board.
